Huge and brand-new rooms with particularly nice views of the park. The staff were very, very nice and efficient and helped with free parking.

It was also conveniently situated in the busy city center, with three malls nearby for shopping and entertainment. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and laundry services available. We were also impressed with the hotel's amenities, including a spa and wellness center, sauna, and swimming pool, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also convenient additions. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this venue.

This location was good and perfect, next to exhibition center, public transport and Very close to shopping mall. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The a double room room included central heating, pay television, and a safe, we were happy about that.

During my city break, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and free access to a swimming pool and sauna, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. the hotel was conveniently located near public transport and had a great view from the window.

One downside of my stay was that the staff was not very friendly or welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience. although the hotel was clean and sterile, the lack of warmth from the staff and unreliable WiFi made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

Secondly, the staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a real bath for added relaxation. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of dishes to start the day off right.
